The 10 Week Resilience program is designed to help breakthrough some of the deepest and longest mental health issues. be it trauma from childhood, work or family related, anxiety, depression, sexual or physical trauma. Over a 10 week period we work on understanding causes and or triggers, work through them and gain new proactive perspective, we then work on developing a desirable future or outcome to gravitate to.
Once this is done we build a strategy to achieve all the while also building resilience skills in you for future challenges and for better, faster healing and thriving in no matter what you do.
