A shorter term program for more common place issues that aren’t necessarily at a traumatic or long term level of affect. Great for those who have noticed more recently their mental ailments or looking for more personal development styled counselling. The approach is more preventative and not as intensive as the 10 week program, it s more of a life coaching style of therapy.

A real life application program i developed to help you breakthrough the most stubborn and toughest of inner challenges!
Flick The Switch is a 10 Week Resilience program and is designed to take you through the full GPS process and to help breakthrough some of the deeper, more stubborn and longest running mental health issues. Be it trauma from childhood, work or family related, anxiety, depression, sexual or physical trauma. Over a 10 week period you are guided through to work on understanding causes and or triggers, work through them and gain new proactive perspective, we then work on developing a desirable future or outcome to gravitate to. all the while building your resilience and coping skills.
You will positively experience 8 steps over 10 weeks that will focus on:
1. Precautions
2. Gathering your bearings-Giving shape to your situation
3. Surveying your territory-Assessing the situation
4. Mapping the situation-Breaking the situation down to see it better
5. Find your best path, creating and assessing options
6. Clear a way forward-Create a desired outcome/ destination to gravitate towards
7. Set your targets, build a plan and strategy and start moving'
8. Arrive at desired outcome, condition mental skills to make it to where you want and
be able to cope and repeat in future
Once you have gone through this you will have, amongst many other things, built a strategy to break free of those things that held you back, left you feeling not so great mentally, spiritually and even physically, achieve a greater life for yourself, all the while also building resiliency and coping skills for future challenges and for better, faster healing and thriving in no matter what you do.
